•End to end recruitment:
•Primarily working for positions with Top companies on pan India basis.
Good exposure on Recruitment Portals
Client Management and Servicing.
Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database•
Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates•
Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and shortlisting candidates
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
•Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly MIS reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports
•Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely
